    Don’t you think all food should be heart-shaped? Yeah, me too. I’m slowly working my way down the list. To my usuals (heart-shaped meatloaf, mashed potatoes, muffins, cupcakes, donuts and cookies), I’m adding one more: heart-shaped eggs. I think they’re my favorite. You don’t need much.     Okay … so I was just waiting for an excuse to make these. And I’m going to tell you right up front: they’re more beautiful than delicious. But people mostly ignore the odd blandness of Jello in favor of the fun. So you’ll get away with these just fine. Easter provided me with the excuse I needed.
