I wrote a post in 2010 by the same title as this one in which I told how I make my gravy ahead of time so I don’t have to stress over it on Thanksgiving Day. Every year I get a LOT of visitors here who come specifically to read that post. Now that I have a YouTube channel, I thought I’d demonstrate the process there, then bring that video here.
